How to use our return service
If you want to return one or more items, and are not from textilservice or dealer please follow the 4 steps below.

1. Please specify the items and the amount you want to return on the return form. If you have lost your return slip, you can download our standard return slip here.
2. Please specify the reason for your return on the return form
3. Please enclose the return form in your package
4. Please return to Kentaur Production SP.Z O.O., Drawska 45, 73-150 Lobez, Poland

Return shipping costs are covered by you.

As soon as we have received and acknowledged your return, your payment will be refunded.

You have a 14-day right of return after receiving the item.

Exchanging item?
If you return your item, we will not be able to exchange the item to another color, size or other item. You can return the article as mentioned and re-order it at www.kentaur.com.​
