The gastronomic highlight of the year in Hamburg
At the Genuss-Michel gala in April 2026, Hamburg’s best gastronomic venues were once again celebrated. Each year, the event brings together some of the city’s most talented chefs and restaurants to recognise passion, creativity and gastronomic craftsmanship.
Kentaur took part in this year’s award ceremony together with our partner Hofsommer Hamburg. As part of the celebration, the winners received a Kentaur chef jacket with personal embroidery as recognition of their professional achievements.
